Welcome to Quid Pro Quo on RevStreet.

My name is Jesam Amuda. I’m a Talent Manager, Blogger and Entrepreneur. I also happen to be the founder of RevStreet. You can check my complete profile on LinkedIn.

I’ve decided to share a bit of my knowledge about the music business and the industry in general through this blog considering my experience as a talent manager working with some of the renown names in the business and carefully observing some of the pitfalls in the industry.

The purpose of this blog is to educate upcoming and existing Christian Hip Hop (CHH) artistes in Nigeria on some of the challenges they face in their careers and those they’re yet to face. Why Hip Hop? Well, I’m just passionate about CHH and sincerely want to see the niche boom. As we go further you’ll come to understand why I’m very passionate about CHH.

This is not to say that most of the principles I’ll be sharing on this blog don’t apply to other sub-genres in Christian Music (CM). They do. So, CM artistes are also invited. 🙂

The question is: what is required of you to get what you desire in your career? (Did you see what I did there? lol). That’s what we get to answer, together, on Quid Pro Quo.

My prayer is that somebody’s career/ministry will take a new and better turn after reading the content on Quid Pro Quo.

All the best!
