TIM GODFREY BREAKS DOWN IN TEARS Kanyinsola Okafor July 20, 2016 News Nigerian “fine boi” Gospel Artist, Tim Godfrey, encourages his fans and followers; fellow Christians to believe in their dreams and never think that anything is impossible. Tim Godfrey‘s interest in music began at the early age of 8 as a choir member in the United Church of Christ, Kaduna State, Nigeria, where he was raised. His early years were influenced by American gospel artist Kirk Franklin, likewise his style of music. Tim came into prominence with his hit single ‘Agidigba’ in 2006. Since then he has produced multiple hit tracks such as ‘Amen’, ‘Ekelebe’, ‘Na you be God’, ‘Gbemisoke’ and a host of others. Tim Godfrey had a Live Recording Concert in Baltimore, USA, featuring Marvin Sapp, themed; “FEARLESS” on the 3rd of July 2016. The concert was a blessing to many , over 170 churches were in participation. In Tim’s recent post on Instagram, he talked about his encounter with his long time gospel artist role model, Bishop Hezekiah Walker. He said; “My Testimony (Everything is possible). About 20 years ago, I heard this man @bishophez but on his Cd. As a Choir/Music Director/Arranger and Producer I followed and learnt my lessons from him. Made his coat of many colors and all that. Never, never, never thought I would ever meet him…. just last week in Baltimore, I not only met him…. but he was the one that introduced me to the stage to minister, that brought me to tears. Trust me… dreams come through, and I really bless God. Guys… if you can only believe nothing is impossible.
